A spacious late Victorian house set in the middle of Coldstream with over an acre of mature gardens and woodland that offers a private, secluded space to relax in.

There are three large, comfortable  and well-equipped en-suite rooms, 2 double bedrooms and one twin.

All three are spacious and offer areas for private relaxation.

Each is equipped with a refreshment tray, radio, hairdryer and all three have en-suite facilities - 2 with shower rooms and the third with a "grand bathroom".

The dining room overlooks the garden and is light and airy - a delightful place to enjoy our varied breakfast menu.

It is our aim to provide a quality stay for you and with this in mind we take pleasure in offering:

     Local produce, organic and free range where available

     Packed lunches if required (by arrangement)
